Mount the clips:
You will need an electric drill and screwdriver. Install the mount on the picture frame, you may need 2 mounts sometime if the frame is too wide or too heavy
Drill holes carefully:
Just drill the hole for the mount on a wall, you may need a level to drill a parallel hole and I personally download a mobile level.
Then, you can insert anchors and screws. Please remember the long screw is for the wall and the shorter screw is for the picture frame.

Just simply hang the item and remember to check if the picture is parallel or not. if it is not, you can try to adjust the angle a little.
Some users may install 2 hanger or heavier frame or it is better for achieving better balance
